Robert founded Workflow Solutions 360° with a powerful vision of providing a products and services that will help people do their jobs. Rob has an extensive background in building teams, finding solutions, and creating a culture of success. "People have, for far too long, been forgotten in the equation of success. Our overarching goal is to always put our team members and clients' success first," says Peart.
Rob's career in the automotive industry started in 1992, when he changed oil while attending college following 6 years in the U.S. Air Force. This first step was critical because he was introduced to the person who has shaped his service philosophy for life. His career has taken several turns since, from service management to consulting to director level leadership; but his “people first” philosophy born in 1992 will always remain at his core.
Rob’s twenty plus years in diverse sectors of the automobile service industry have provided him great lessons and filled his toolbox with a very unique skillset. These skills include strategic planning, P&L development/management, multi-store management, leadership, consulting, solution development, training, new business start-up, operations, recruiting, process mapping, and workflow engineering. "I've been blessed to work with many great people who have shared great experiences. These experiences have given us the opportunity to become a great company and to provide great things for our team members and clients."
A native of Wisconsin, Rob now resides in Minnesota with his wife Laura. Rob enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family at every chance.

Dave Preece has 20 years of leadership experience with service and technology ventures. The majority of his career has been in high tech start-ups, sustainable-growth businesses and top performing Fortune 500 and 5000 companies. His teams have created, patented, trademarked and received copyrights for numerous creative elements that have culminated in $25-100 million a year businesses. Dave's expertise is in strategy, product development, marketing, consulting, operations, and leadership. He has a track record for developing and sustaining creative, innovative and productive teams, divisions and companies. Dave has pioneered several efforts in the areas of workflow, content management, business process management, social networks, internet communities, web applications, SEO, and data acquisition in the automotive, health, government, education and non-profit industries. Dave is a native of Utah and has made his home south of Provo in Utah County with his wife and children.
Richard Carpenter has 24 years of experience in the automotive repair industry. After many years with companies like PPG Industries and Pilkington North America, Richard joined Service Repair Solutions as a field consultant. He eventually directed the team of fixed operations consulting professionals tasked with supporting customers with unique needs and opportunities.
Richard is fully committed to providing real-world, custom solutions for today’s modern service department, focusing on priorities such as resource efficiency, CSI, and interfacing with all departments within the dealership including sales, marketing and finance. Joining the Workflow Solutions 360° team has given him a unique vehicle to continue this mission.
Richard is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara with post graduate certifications from the University of Michigan. He is long time resident of Las Vegas, Nevada. He lives there with his wife and Son.
